Traditional woodworking skills unique to our area have been bestowed upon us. These strategies have been developed over time and are still in use today. These processes, known as Takumi, are employed in the manufacture of home furnishings and building materials. These goods quickly became so well-known in Japan that the city of Okawa was dubbed The Wood Furniture Town. We have created wood products that are resistant to fire, bugs, and rot.
